Registration 2022-2023
Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year!
There are two options for back to school registration.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
This will be in the new gym on Wednesday, August 10th from 4-7pm and Thursday, August 11th from 11-1pm. Prior to in-person registration, please go online to your JMC Parent Portal and make any changes by clicking on ‘Contact Information’ on the left side of the screen. Please have this completed by August 1st. Any other required forms will be available for you to complete at registration.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
If you would like to register online and NOT come to in-person registration, please follow the instructions below:
Log into JMC Parent Portal. Click ‘Register for 2022-2023’ on the left side, then click ‘Start/Continue the Registration Process’ to update information and make sure that items are current for this school year by following the prompts. You will receive a confirmation email that you have completed your registration at the end of the series. However, there’s more! You will need to complete each digital form listed below to complete your 2022-2023 Registration. For your convenience, all forms are also listed on your portal ‘Home’ screen. Please have this completed by August 12th.
LUNCH: There WILL be a charge for school lunch this year.
  •  $2.90: PreK - 1st Grade
  •  $3.00: 2nd- 6th Grade
  •  $3.10: 7th-12th Grade

Health Forms- Complete one form for EACH child yearly. If you would rather print to complete, click HERE.
Residency Questionnaire- Complete one form for EACH child yearly. 
Digital Equity- This form is required by the State of Minnesota for EACH child yearly.

RECOMMENDED:
Online Educational Benefits forms (free / reduced) are available through JMC. This MUST be completed yearly to continue receiving benefits. Paper copies are available by request in the school office.
Student Immunization forms - Complete upon entering the school district and when requested by school nurse. Incoming 7th Grade students need to update their immunizations. Alternate forms are accepted.
If you do not currently live in the MCC District but are registering, please complete the Open Enrollment form - one form for each child upon initial request to enter the school district. You may also want to contact Ludolph's Bussing @ 507-836-6750 for questions on transportation.

ALL PARENT PORTAL USERS:
Phone screens must be in landscape position to register on your phone, however, we strongly encourage the use of a tablet or computer to make sure all features are available. When you log in to your JMC Parent Portal, your username is your last name and the password is your established JMC parent portal password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact Patrick Freeman (Patrick_Freeman@mcc.mntm.org) at the Elementary if your child is an elementary student and Jake Scandrett (Jacob_Scandrett@mcc.mntm.org) at the high school if your child is in high school.
