MCC Speech team competed in Subsections in Minneota. MCC placed 3rd overall as a team and all competitors will be competing at Sections next Saturday in Redwood Falls.

In Extemporaneous Speaking, Wesley Hause placed 3rd and Holland Vogel placed 5th. In Humor, Walker Biren placed 5th. In Original Oratory, Lila Scandrett placed 1st. In Prose, Annie Scandrett placed 2nd, Brecken Larson placed 4th, and Lilly Gertsema placed 5th. In Storytelling, Blaine Braun placed 2nd and Johanna Pickard placed 6th.

The softball game against Lakeview scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 has been rescheduled to May 5. It will be a 4:30pm start for Varsity and JV.
