Eigthy three 7-12 grade MCC student athletes have started their summer speed and strength journey this week.
Athlete’s speed (10 fly and 40 yd dash), vertical, and olympic lifts will be recorded and tracked throughout the summer showing progress within their individualized program.
If you're not signed up, you can still join! Contact Patrick Freeman, Luke Freeman, Tim Cariveau or Tim Bobeldyk for more information. This is a great opportunity to enhance your athletic abilities.
