The Junior High will play on Field 3 at the Bi-Centennial Park with 8th grade playing at 4:30pm followed by the 7th grade. MCC Speech team competed in Subsections in Minneota. MCC placed 3rd overall as a team and all competitors will be competing at Sections next Saturday in Redwood Falls.
In Creative Expression, Agasi Nelso placed 3rd. In Discussion, Gary Plotz placed 6th. In Drama, Morgan Heezen placed 6th. In Duos, Courtney Gengler and Logan Stoel placed 6th. In Extemporaneous Speaking, Wesley Hause placed 3rd and Holland Vogel placed 5th. In Humor, Walker Biren placed 5th. In Original Oratory, Lila Scandrett placed 1st. In Prose, Annie Scandrett placed 2nd, Brecken Larson placed 4th, and Lilly Gertsema placed 5th. In Storytelling, Blaine Braun placed 2nd and Johanna Pickard placed 6th.
